Framing from schematics.
Couple of progress shots for the bedroom expansion and porch addition to enhance barn living.
Shop drawing and finished product both by hand.
Photos from last July and yesterday. It was a long slow process but the furniture arrives on Monday.
Renovated this home 10 years ago but unfortunately it was completely destroyed by a fire last year. We gutted the entire 4300 sq ft and rebuilt this wing from the slab up. Enjoying the quiet morning light while waiting on the cleaning crew.
Still working this one out. Changes, schematics, hand drawn.
Keeping it simple. Open spaces, clean lines, natural light.

Shutting down a job site for only the second time in almost 24 years. The first time was after Hurricane Katrina. Stay safe everyone, blue skies ahead.
New foyer interior wall before trim and lighting, no filter.
A minor renovation for us by comparison but satisfying. Just waiting on the matching stain.
Rehabbing a 30 year old foot bridge by the garden shed we built several years back.

Not installation art nor archeological dig just replacing a 60 year old sewer line under a 6” slab.
